Introduction to the working principle of air energy dryer
Air source heat pump technology is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly heating technology based on the principle of reverse Carnot cycle. The air energy heat pump drying system obtains a low-temperature heat source through natural energy (air heat storage), and becomes a high-temperature heat source after the system is integrated with high-efficiency heat collection, which is used to take (supply) warm water or supply hot water. (1) Compression process: The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas is compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor. At this time, the work done by the compressor is converted into the internal energy of the refrigerant gas, which increases the temperature and pressure, which is thermodynamically called an adiabatic process.
(2) Condensation process: The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas from the compressor flows through the condenser, is continuously released to the outside by wind or water, and condenses into a medium-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant liquid. During the liquefaction process, the temperature of the refrigerant decreases, but the pressure remains the same. This is thermodynamically called an isobaric process.
(3) Throttling process: After the medium temperature and high pressure refrigerant liquid from the condenser is throttled by the throttling device, it becomes a low temperature and low pressure refrigerant liquid. Thermodynamically called isenthalpic process.
(4) Evaporation process: The low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid from the over-throttling device flows through the evaporator, continuously absorbs heat to the room with wind or water, and evaporates into low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas. The absorbed heat becomes the latent heat of the refrigerant, and although the temperature does not rise much, the internal energy increases a lot. Because the pressure changes very little, it is thermodynamically called an isobaric process.

The use of refrigerant to absorb air can be heated, and electrical energy is only used as a driving device to run.
