Brief Introduction of Vacuum Filling Mixer


The two parallel rotating shafts of the vacuum stuffing mixing machine are fixed with blades with an included angle of 45 degrees with the axis direction. When the shafts rotate, the blades will drive the stuffing to move back and forth. In contrast, the blades at both ends are designed to be shovel-shaped parallel to the walls of the slot. In this way, when the filling is driven by the wall edge, it will be scooped up by the blade and sent back to the middle of the mixing tank.

Confirm before each use;

Before the start of each shift, the 1. shall check whether there is air leakage in the whole gas circuit, whether the air pressure of the air pump is sufficient, and whether the sealing gaskets are damaged.

After each shift of the 2., the vacuum pump filter bowl is emptied and contains accumulated water.

3. vacuum pump, reducer special lubricating oil replacement every six months. When the oil quantity is insufficient, add the special oil for No.1 cylinder of turbine in time.

When there is abnormal noise during the operation of the 4. equipment, press the emergency stop switch immediately. Check the equipment to confirm that the fault has been eliminated before starting again.

Key points of daily maintenance;

Pour the raw meat and auxiliary materials into the material box, close the discharge door tightly to start the stuffing mixing knob and start the vacuum pump. Mixing time and start-stop interval shall be determined according to product type and process requirements.

After the filling mixing process, open the air release valve first, and then open the box cover after confirming that the vacuum in the hopper has disappeared. Pull the operation mode knob to the discharging position, start the stuffing mixing knob (at this time, the left and right stirring shafts rotate in opposite directions), and finally open the discharging door to pour out the evenly stirred stuffing inside. After the stuffing is cleared, close the discharge door and restore the operation mode knob to the mixing position.

The above process can be repeated until all work is completed.

After mixing all materials, stop the machine and rinse the inner and outer surfaces of the machine repeatedly with clean water for the next use.

When an emergency occurs, press the total stop button to power off the machine and stop the machine.
