3.The use of automatic saline injection machineNote.1. When in use, the brine tank cannot be emptied, otherwise the brine pump and gasket. 2. The cooling water pipe must be opened so that the hydraulic oil temperature does not exceed 60. 3. Never operate the machine without a filter in the equipment. When the saline injection machine works, the saline must work with one of the filters. Once the filter is full, the brine can flow directly into another clean filter, so that the dirty filter can be cleaned without stopping the machine. Note that as long as there is a small hole in the filter, the needle will be blocked, so the machine must have good filtering conditions. 4, to inject well, the needle must be cleaned every day. Soak the blocked needle in boiling water for a few minutes, blowing in the opposite direction with compressed air. Replace the needle, do not forget to reset the needle cover, carefully check whether the needle is fully into position.
