The main material of the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which is assembled after one-time blanking and processing. It is composed of seven major parts: oil fume collection hood, mesh belt conveying system, electric heating system, reinforced heat preservation oil tank, double filter residue system, lifting system and electrical control system. It has the characteristics of compact structure, high manufacturing precision, less oil capacity and small floor area. The whole machine runs smoothly and has no noise. The conveying system and oil tank can be separated, the electrical control part monitors the running status of the whole machine and is equipped with an alarm device, making the production safer and suitable for small food processing enterprises, fast food distribution centers, hotels and other food processing places
