4. The meatballs transported to the cooling tank through the chain must be cooled quickly in the cooling tank. The water in the cooling tank is open, that is, it enters cold water and overflows hot water. The water temperature in the cooling tank is always about 20 degrees to 25 degrees. After cooling in the cooling tank, the meatballs can directly enter the quick-freezing workshop to hang ice for freezing.
