8. operating procedures:
1. After opening the stainless steel air shower door and entering the air shower room, the air shower door will automatically close the outer door immediately. Infrared (voice control/human body heat energy) induction will automatically start the air shower for 15 seconds (factory set). Note: The two stainless steel doors of the air shower room cannot be opened at the same time when blowing. If it is forcibly opened, the electronic lock will be damaged. 1. Pre-filter screen (PRE-FILTER): The pre-filter screen is below the equipment. Please remove the circulating air return port to easily pull out the pre-filter screen. Please observe the blocking time at the initial stage of use, and then clean it regularly by compressed air, water washing, vacuum cleaning, etc. According to the general use of 2 to 3 times a month cleaning is necessary.
2. MAIN FILTER (MAIN FILTER) This filter is located after AIR NOZZLE. Its update period can be determined by detecting the wind speed value by anemometer (halving the wind value) or measuring the pressure difference by differential pressure meter (doubling the pressure difference value). Its detection period is about two to four times a year.
3. As the circulating return air part inside the equipment is located below the machine, large pollutants will accumulate in the corners on the bottom plate, so please clean it with a vacuum cleaner more than once a week. Please confirm whether the rotating direction of the blower is correct. If it is found that the fan rotates in the opposite direction (the wind speed is obviously insufficient), please replace any 2-phase power line in the three-phase power source to determine the positive direction rotation.
XI. Controlled Maintenance:
1, the control of the number of dust particles in the clean room, the environmental control and daily maintenance of the clean room, the air purification system plays a very key role. When the air cleanliness requirement for injection production is 100, vertical and horizontal unidirectional flow patterns are adopted, and the air velocity is greater than 0.25 m/s and 0.35 m/s respectively. When the air cleanliness requirement is 10000 and 100000, non-unidirectional flow is adopted, and the air exchange rate is greater than 25 times/hour and 15 times/hour respectively (the air exchange rate for 300000 is not less than 12 times/hour), in order to take away the dust and dust generated in the production process in time and maintain the cleanliness of the clean room environment.
Clean rooms are divided into biological clean rooms and non-biological clean rooms. The biological clean room air purification system must operate continuously; the non-biological clean room air purification system should be started 4 hours before use. Dust particle counter shall be used to detect dust particles after buffering for 0.5~1 hour after environmental sanitation and cleaning. In order to avoid man-made pollution, only two people shall be waited in the clean room during static test. Critical control points should be dynamically monitored during the production of injections. Control of microbial content. The control of the microbial content in the clean room environment is still based on a good air purification system, and its filtration efficiency can reach 99.9 to 99.99 percent to filter out bacteria and dust in the air. In the production, the temperature in the clean room is strictly controlled at 18~26 ℃ and the relative humidity is controlled at 45% ~ 65%, so as to destroy the growth conditions conducive to bacteria, and the cleaning and disinfection of disinfectant. Regarding the disinfection of daily disinfectant, after the end of daily production, wipe the machine table, desktop, doors and windows, full-automatic air shower room, purification table, clean shed, FFU fan filter unit, wall, etc. with 75% ethanol or 2 ‰ neogermin solution, and wipe and disinfect the ground with 3% ~ 5% lysol. After the end of production every 3 days, 75% ethanol or 2 ‰ of neogermin solution shall be used to wipe and disinfect the surfaces of all facilities in the clean room, ceilings, lighting and other surfaces, and 3% ~ 5% of lysol shall disinfect the ground.
Strictly controlling the pressure difference between the clean room and the adjacent room is also an important link to ensure the cleanliness of the air in the production room. The pressure difference between clean room and clean area and non-clean area of different clean levels should be greater than 5 Pa SCA, and the pressure difference between clean area and outdoor should be greater than 10 Pa SCA, and the opening and closing of air supply, return air and exhaust system flow should be interlocked and operated in sequence, so as to avoid air backflow and reduce the pollution of low-level dust to the clean room environment. Before each production and after a certain production cycle, the number of dust particles in the clean room must be detected under static conditions to evaluate and master the content of dust particles in the clean room.
The purpose of environmental control and daily maintenance of the air shower room in the clean room is to kill the bacterial propagules produced in the production process and control the microbial content in the clean room. These measures can only control the amount of bacteria and miscellaneous bacteria in clean indoor air. If there is more mold, it is necessary to spray the room with 5% carbolic acid first, and then fumigate with formaldehyde to achieve sterile effect, and only in this way can bacteria and miscellaneous bacteria spores be killed. At the end of each production cycle, the clean room with aseptic requirements shall be disinfected with disinfectant before the next production cycle. After the number of dust particles in the clean room is detected to meet the requirements, the clean room shall be fumigated with formaldehyde gas. From the long-term detection results, this environmental sterilization method has good effect.
5. Formaldehyde gas sterilization technology. Formaldehyde fumigation not only has a good sterilization effect on the mold that is not easy to kill, but also has a good killing effect on the bacterial spores in the environment. Attention should be paid to the operation of formaldehyde fumigation: firstly, the room temperature should be above 35 ℃ and the relative humidity should be above 60%; Secondly, the amount of formaldehyde should be guaranteed to reach the ratio of 10g/m3 of room volume. In addition, the room disinfection time should not be less than 12 hours. It is especially worth reminding that the same proportion of ammonia water is used for neutralization before formaldehyde replacement, which will greatly reduce the harm to human body and environmental pollution. In order to prevent bacteria from being resistant to formaldehyde, ozone can be used to alternate the effect will be better.
6, reduce the impact of people on the sterile environment.
7. People are the main source of pollution in the aseptic environment. Therefore, the number of people working in the clean area and the number of people working in the operating room, the amplitude of the operation and the style, texture and wearing of the work clothes have a significant impact on the content of particles and bacteria.

3. When the wind speed is found to be small, first check whether the surface of the primary air filter is black. If it is black, it means that the pre-filter contains more dust and the resistance increases, that is, the non-woven fabric in the primary air filter should be removed for cleaning or replacement.
4. When the non-woven fabric is replaced or cleaned, the wind speed still cannot be increased, indicating that the air filter has been blocked, causing increased resistance, and the air filter should be replaced.
5. When replacing the filter, remove the spray ball plate, remove the filter, and replace the new air filter according to the specifications and models of the original filter. When installing, confirm the arrow mark on the filter, and the arrow should point in the direction of the air flow. And ensure that the seal is good to prevent leakage.
6. After the filter is replaced, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage in the frame, and detect it with a dust particle counter, and normal work can only be carried out after reaching the technical indicators.

Generally speaking, the principle of infrared automatic induction blowing system in air shower room can be divided into two categories. One category is simply the photoelectric effect of semiconductor materials. Common faults:
1. Power switch, usually there are four places in the air shower room to cut off the power:
(1) The power switch of the outer box of the air shower room;
(2) The control panel of the box body in the air shower room;
(3) on the outer box on both sides of the air shower room (the power switch here can prevent the power from being cut off in an emergency, effectively improving our personal safety). When the power indicator is not working, do not recheck the power supply of the above four air showers.
2. When the fan of the air shower room does not work, first check whether the emergency switch of the outer box of the air shower room is cut off. If it is determined that it is cut off, press it gently with your hand and rotate it to the right to let go.
3. If the fan in the air shower room is reversed or the wind speed in the air shower room is very small, please be sure to check whether the 380V three-phase four-wire line is connected in reverse. Generally, a specially assigned electrician will connect the line when leaving the factory. If the line source of the air shower room is reversed, the lighter will cause the air shower room fan to not work or the wind speed of the air shower room will decrease, and the heavier will burn the circuit board of the whole air shower room. We should not change.
4. The air shower room does not blow shower. In addition to the above three points, it is also necessary to check whether the emergency stop key inside the air shower room box is pressed. If the emergency stop key is meridian color, the air shower room will not blow shower. Press the emergency stop button again to work normally.
5. When the air shower room cannot automatically sense the shower, check the light sensing system in the lower right corner of the box body in the air shower room to see if the light sensing device is installed correctly. If the two sides of the light sensing are opposite and the light sensing is normal, the shower can be automatically sensed.
6. When the wind speed of the air shower room is very low for a period of time, please check whether the initial and filter of the air shower room have accumulated too much dust. If so, please replace the filter. (The initial filter of the air shower room is generally replaced once within 1-6 months, and the filter of the air shower room is generally replaced once within 6-12 months).
Fault handling:
1. When the air shower room is used for a period of time, if the wind speed is very low, check immediately whether the filter of the air shower room can accumulate too much dust, and replace the filter with a new one. Usually it is necessary to exchange once every 1-6 months, and the filter is usually exchanged once every 6-12 months.
2. If the air shower room cannot automatically sense the shower, check the light sensing system in the lower right corner of the box in the air shower room to see if the light sensing equipment is correct. If the emergency stop button is red, it means that the air shower room will not be drenched, and normal operation can be carried out only by pressing the emergency stop button from the beginning.
3. When the air shower room does not work, first check whether the urgent switch of the box outside the inferior shower door can be blocked. If it is blocked, press it quietly with your hand and rotate to the right to let go.
4. The fan in the air shower room is reversed. Perhaps the wind speed in the air shower room is very small. It is necessary to check whether the 380V three-phase four-wire line can be connected in reverse. If the line source of the air shower room is connected in reverse, the light one will cause the fan of the air shower room to not operate or reverse the wind speed of the air shower room to decrease, and the heavy one will burn the circuit board of the whole air shower room.
