Dicing machine refers to the general name of machines suitable for processing soft ingredients such as dehydrated vegetables, quick-frozen vegetable processing plants, jelly fairy grass honey, and food pickles industry to process various root and stem vegetables into cubes and cuboids.

The dicing unit consists of a slicing knife, a set of round knife shafts and a set of cross-cutting knife shafts. Changing the round knife shaft, cross-cutting knife shaft and adjusting the slice thickness can complete the conversion of cutting different sizes.

The cutting machine is mainly composed of a frame, a shell for cutting materials, a pusher dial, a cutter assembly, a transmission system and an electrical control system. The material selection of cutting machine must meet the requirements of food hygiene. The frame, shell, dial, hopper and parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel.

When the cutting machine is working, the material pushing dial drives the object to be cut to rotate at high speed, and the object is cut into slices by means of a slicing knife (vertical knife) by using the centrifugal force of the object, and then cut into strips by a disc cutting knife, and the material to be cut into the required cubes or cuboids by the cutting knife.

(1) Carefully check whether the cutting machine is missing, damaged or loose to ensure that the machine is in good condition.

(2) Check whether there is foreign matter in the shell, and remove the foreign matter in the shell, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the blade.

(3) Clean up the operating site, check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the operating voltage of the machine, and whether the grounding mark is reliably connected to the ground wire. Turn on the switch, press the "on" button, and check whether the steering is correct (facing the material pushing dial, the material pushing dial is rotated counterclockwise to be correct), otherwise, cut off the power adjustment wiring.

(4) Connect the water source for use.

(1) First of all, the material to be cut should be washed and removed. If the material to be cut is mixed with sand and mud, the blade edge and blade are easily damaged and blunt. Material cutting diameter should not exceed 100mm, if greater than this diameter must be divided into blocks.

(2) Press the start button to run the motor. (As the above cover is not pressed on the frame, the switch XK cannot be pressed, the line is blocked, and the motor cannot run).

(3) The material to be cut is evenly and continuously put into the hopper from the hopper, cut into the required thickness by the slicing knife under the action of the pushing dial, then cut into strips by the disc cutting knife, and then cut into squares by the cross cutting knife.

(4) Adjustment of the specifications of the cutting machine: It is changed by adjusting the slice thickness, replacing the disc cutting knife and the cross cutting knife.

(5) When the machine is working, do not put your hands and other foreign objects into the shell to avoid danger.
