The meatball machine is generally composed of a meat grinder, a beater and a forming machine. First, the meat is cleaned up and minced by a meat grinder. Then put it into a high-speed beater and beat it into minced meat, and then put it into a molding machine to make a round. The heart-packed meatball machine is made of stainless steel. The diameter of the balls is 18-25mm and 25-35mm. The amount of stuffing inside can be adjusted freely. 1. The machine should be placed in a stable place, connected to the power supply and ground wire to ensure safety. The machine is equipped with a power of 550 watts, turning counterclockwise, and connecting the water pipe at the back of the machine.

4. working methods:
1. First, the meat should be ground in the meat grinder (to remove the meat root) and then stirred into meat slurry in the meat ball machine, and then put into the forming machine for processing.
2. There is a meat quantity adjustment switch in the copper sleeve, which can adjust the roundness of the meatballs (when the meat quantity is too large, the meatballs become longer, when the meat quantity is too small, the meatballs become flat, and when the meat slurry quantity in the meat barrel is too small, the machine cannot work normally).
3. Place a large basin under the meatball outlet and fill it with warm water.
4. This machine is equipped with three sets of large, medium and small die heads that can be replaced. The method is to take out and replace the die head in the copper gear and the sliding plate on the copper plate.
5. After putting the stirred meat slurry into the meat barrel, open the water pipe on the sliding plate to drain water (the water quantity should be small, and the blade should be cleaned) before starting the machine. After starting the machine, put the meat balls processed first into the meat barrel (no meat balls should be formed).
6. After the meatballs are processed, the pushing rod, meat barrel, copper sleeve and copper plate shall be removed, cleaned and dried.
7. After using for a period of time, check whether the inner spring of the machine is available. If there is no elastic force, replace it with a new one.
